Our static vacuum insulated pipe is offered in rigid and flexible styles with inner line diameters ranging from 1/4 thro ugh 14" .All stainless steel construction, TiG welding, mass spectrometer leak checking, and extensive vacuum retention testing ensure reliable, maintenance-free service. We will also engineer and manufacture special piping systems for specific customer applications

We stock a wide selection of cryogenic components and accessories, many of which have set industry standards. Our inventory includes bayonet couplings, valves, filter housings, phase separators, vacuum seal-off valves, and a special line of bayonets and valves designed for liquid helium service. For unique applications, we will build custom cryogenic components

Generally, completing a vacuum insulated pipe project involves the following steps:

Based on the customer's system usage requirements and on - site conditions, provide a comprehensive system design and offer a quotation.

Manufacture and inspect the vacuum insulated pipes in the factory.

Conduct engineering design after the contract is confirmed.

Install and commission the pipes at the customer's site.

Conduct a design review at the customer's site.

Track the customer's usage and provide follow - up services.
